Anyone else with CAPITAL ONE problems?

I was just wondering if anyone else out there is going through on going problems with capital one and fraudulant charges on your Cap.1 card. I have gone to the BBB once already this year for false charges! Every month there is something else! My cred card has been between 400-500 dollars for 2 yrs and I pay atleast 30.00 each month. Anyone else getting ripped off? Thanks would love to hear from you and other card companys to stay away from.
