Appreciation Poster for Special Ed Teacher?

As a homeroom parent, I'm responsible for doing a poster for a teacher for staff appreciation day. My poster is for a first and second grade special ed teacher. I'm looking for some creative ideas to make the poster extra special. I appreciate your suggestions!
