Could it be an Ovarian Cyst?!?

I have had weird constant cramps for over a week now. They arent agonizing or anything just really annoying. And it hurts worse when i put my knees up. They are really low cramps. Hip bone to hip bone. Not period cramps and im not constapated or anything like that. I'm kinda nervous about it because i always get paranoid about this stuff. Like my sister had an ovarian cyst the size of a baseball. And i think my mom had it and its hereditary. So i was like freaking out it could be something like that where i would need surgery! ha yeah i'm paranoid i know but any ideas what it could be?!
