Someone Help me with my youtube picture?

ok so i put a picture on my youtube account but i can only c it wen im signed in and wen my frnd signs in and looks at my picture it still hasnt changed and its my old one.....wats up with that do i have to wait 4 evertthing to get together or something or wat? hlp plzzzzzzz!
