If Bush could legally have run for a third term, what would the 2008 Obama vs. Bush electoral map look like?

With Bush's approval rating in the twenties, could he have carried even his own state? Also, what are some states McCain won that bush would not have won. note that this is not a political debate, bash bush or especially Obama, i'll just have your answer removed so why do it.
