Theres this guy he works next door to my work but is sending mixed signals

he knows i like him but he avoids me.. but when i bump into him he ussually says hey whats up.. i have his number so i text him alot i cant help it.. he only sometimes texts me back.. today i asked him if he liked me back cuz if not i wanted to get over it.. and he never answered back.. does it seem lke he likes or dislikes me
