Commercial garbage very near to my backyard in a residential area. Who should I ask to move it?

we have a small commercial complex on backside of my house and they have recently moved their trash bins near my house. Although they clear it daily it does stench my backyard. Who should I complain to move it ? and will they if I ask them to? I am pregnant and really am concerned abt the health hazard this could bring me.
