Court contact order case - submit statements?

My husband is involved in a court case with his exwife about contact with his daughter. She is trying to get contact ceased between him and his daughter. They were ordered to make statements simaltaneously which has been done, and then for CAFC to investigate. We have recieved her statement but she has a lot of facts totally wrong, and has made some serious allegations. Can anyone tell me if my husband is able to submit a further statement to the court now in response to some of the bigger points in hers?
