How do you meet the girl of your dreams?

I've seen this girl at my high school but I'm too nervous to speak even a word to her... what's something clever/smart I can do to introduce myself/meet her.. PS she's a grade higher than me and I don't have her in any of my cles and I seldom even see her on campus... but she's an angel and I need her like the life on Earth needs water. Intrinsically.
