Where can I get a complete list of ALL Disney characters AND their pictures?

I'm looking for "rarely" mentioned Disney characters (Sir Hugh from Cinderella II and human Lumiere from Beauty and the Beast for example) and I want a snapshot of them... any idea where I could find such a list?
