Are ghosts afraid of me?

wierd stuff happen around our place(paranormal stuff). they tend to happen to the poeple i know but never me ~_~. when they start to get scared or start to scream , i enter the room, and i notice they always tell me "its gone" or "it was there a second ago". its either thier all lying to me and laughing behind my back, or the ghosts are somehow afraid of me. ive always wanted to see a ghost, but i never do. Ive been always intersted in these stuff and i do know how to do most of it like using the pendulum, channeling etc.etc. but i never get a presence. but others do!!! since i was a kid ive loved these kinna stuff, why cant i ever witness any of it? is it becuase maybe the ghosts are afraid of me cus im so expreienced? or am i special ? im the only one among all i knw who can walk out in a cemetery at midnight without caring about a ghost comign out at my face cus it nedver happens!!! whats wrong with me? and if they are afriad, why would they be, are they afraid of practioners?
